By accessing or using BabySync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BabySync is a baby activity tracking application that allows caregivers to log, share, and analyze infant care records including feeding, sleep, diaper changes, and growth. The Service integrates with AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) via MCP to provide data summaries.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
BabySync allows multiple caregivers to share access to baby profiles within a "family" group. The account creator is the family administrator and may invite additional members. The free plan includes up to 2 family members. Additional member slots may be purchased as one-time add-ons.
Certain features require a one-time purchase (e.g., additional family member slots, ad removal). All purchases are processed securely through Paddle. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. Purchases are non-transferable.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into BabySync. By using the Service, you grant BabySync a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (c) reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service.
BabySync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health-related decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabySync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
