Refund Policy

Overview

BabySync offers one-time purchases for optional features (additional family member slots and ad removal). Because these are digital goods that are fulfilled immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows.

14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at tkvlfhtm@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date and description of the purchase.
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve).

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

Upon processing a refund for an additional family member slot, the extra slot will be removed from your account. Existing member accounts will retain read-only access to their data until the next billing cycle. For ad-removal refunds, ads will be re-enabled on your account.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Purchases older than 14 days.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment disputes and chargebacks in accordance with their own policies. For payment-related issues, you may also contact Paddle support directly.
